The Department of Eurasian Studies of the Faculty of International Relations, established on October 01, 2021 (Order of BSU Rector No 519-OD dated 30.09.2021), is a functional unit, which provides educational and research activities, as well as teaching and guiding.

Today, the Department has highly qualified teachers, faculty members with historical, legal and economic backgrounds. The staff of the Department has practical professional experience in enterprises, organisations and ministries, judicial and legislative bodies and universities; acts as experts in national legislative bodies, public advisory councils and organisations, as well as the international integration institutions within their competences.

At the I stage of higher education at the Faculty of International Relations, the Department provides training for specialties: 1-24 01 01 "International Law"; 1-23 01 01 "International Relations"; 1-25 01 03 "World Economy", 1-96 01 01 "Customs Affairs", 1-23 01 03 "Culture-oriented Linguistics ", 1-26 02 02 "Management (by the field of study) specialty 1-26 02 02-06 "Management in International Tourism".  

At the II stage of higher education specialists are trained majoring in 1 -24 80 01 "Jurisprudence", 1-23 80 06 "History of International Relations and Foreign Policy", 1-25 80 02 "World Economy".
